At avrestudios, we take pride in delivering exceptional fashion pieces and outstanding service. However, we understand there may be situations where you wish to return or exchange your item. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.


Applicability of the Return Policy

This return policy applies to all purchases made through avrestudios, including Klarna transactions. Customers may return or exchange products within 30 days of receipt. Products must be returned unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

Returns will only be accepted if a receipt or proof of purchase is provided. Returns must be initiated within the 30-day window, or they may not be accepted.


Worn or Tried-On Items

Please note that items that have been worn or tried on are not eligible for return or exchange. However, we understand that sizing issues can occur. In such cases, we are open to reviewing the situation together and may, at our discretion, offer a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill. The amount of any partial refund will vary depending on the circumstances.


Return Shipping Fees

If the return is caused by the customer (e.g. change of mind, incorrect size), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. The specific fee will depend on the shipping provider you choose.

If the return is caused by our error (e.g. damaged goods, wrong item sent), avrestudios will cover the return shipping cost.


Return Address & Shipping Requirements

All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in China — this is mandatory for processing.

Customers who ship items to the wrong address will be solely responsible for any resulting delays or losses, as avrestudios cannot accept liability for misdirected returns.

When returning items to us, it is essential to use a shipping method that provides a tracking number. This allows both you and us to monitor the parcel’s progress and confirm its delivery.

Please note that without a valid tracking number, we will be unable to locate your return and cannot process a refund or exchange.

We also strongly recommend choosing a courier option that includes compensation in case of loss or damage during transit.

To avoid delays, please ensure your package is wrapped securely, as we cannot accept or refund items that arrive damaged.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please email us within 24 hours of delivery with relevant details and supporting photos so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
